The Career Guidance and Development Counselling Centre provides individual and group counselling sessions to support the development of career self-awareness, the setting of career goals, the exploration of career opportunities, and the establishment of connections with potential employers. 

Services are free of charge for all high school graduates, university students, and alumni of the University of Rijeka.
